Great team who are supportive and encouraging.
Cons
It was difficult to communicate with the management, who could sometimes be rude in their delivery. I found their responses were not motivating or helpful, which made it more challenging to produce the results they wanted. Lots of disorganization within the company, with plenty of team members becoming overwhelmed and stressed. From the start, there was no training and the onboarding process was non-existent. There was a high turn-over rate while in my time working there, and I think there's a good reason for that...

Thank you for your review. At the time the company was one year old and indeed we did not have any process in place and were struggling a lot with communication. We also made many mistakes when recruiting people which made things very complicated on a day to day basis.

Very low salaries compared to the heavy workload, poor treatment by superiors. Offices in bad condition, quite dirty, with no one taking responsibility.

Most employees have been with the company for 1 to 3 years, and the company is only 4 years old, so I imagine your ex colleagues feel good here and have market-rate salaries; otherwise, they would have left the company a while ago.
