- low pay, less than $10 per hour - not allowed to sit when there are no customers in the store - peak periods eg vday require working consecutive days until 1am with no substantial increase in pay, there is transport allowance and meal allowance during these times - it is considered freelance work under the contract hence there is no cpf contribution from the employer
