      A big smile on the face with a big knife behind the back

      Pros

      Interesting customers from the US and Europe, some Israelis. Good networking with international customers and a spacious workspace, but the office is not situated in the city. International company with branches in various locations in the world.

      Cons

      Not professional, business decisions are taken personally, and how related you are with the owners. It looks very promising at the beginning but after a while when the customers demand what they pay for, the senior managers lose their heads. Most of the stuff you work with is junior and the drop rate in this company is unbelievable. Backstabing maneuvers that wouldn't shame the bloodiest scenes in GOT :-) Be advised!

      -Employees are very nice. -Lovely offices.

      Cons

      -Management is not transparent at all with the employees. -Once you want to leave the company/they need to fire you, they completely flip and can sometimes behave in a very inappropriate way.
