      Pros

      Biggest strength of this company is its people. The team is friendly, supportive and very generous professionally. The company is committed to providing cutting-edge equipment for the job. As a data scientist I have access to very interesting projects, and the flexible work arrangements make it even easier to dive into them with focus and enthusiasm.

      Cons

      No disadvantages were found worth mentioning.

      Pros

      The company really cares for its employees. Partners are smart, they share their love for their job. There is a very nice welfare program, great flexibility and great care for the quality of life of employees. Learning new technologies, being curious and sharing one's own knowledge is encouraged. You really feel a part of a team. I'd recommend it for sure, especially if you just graduated!
