Pros
- Very warm and friendly people for teammates. - Flexible work hours that allows you to manage your own time. - Great benefits - Nice office, clean bathrooms. - Company culture was good AT FIRST but it became ugly.
Cons
- Only favorites get promoted. Sipsip > magaling. - No clear direction when it comes to work. Job description is misleading. Roles are defined but not followed. - Not much growth. No opportunities to learn. Employees' input isn't valued. You're just a cog in their machine. - Products don't take off. Bosses don't value research or data. They just go with their "instincts". - Because they don't do research, they don't know their market. They just keep making products with no goals. - Superiors easily gets away with mistreating other people. HR is powerless with such incidents. - Politics politics politics - Gov't contributions (SSS, PAG-IBIG, Philhealth) can go missing.
