      Poor management, sexual harassment, fake client reporting

      Pros

      Can’t think of any except the people working at the firm are cause-driven

      Cons

      Reporting managers create a fake sense of urgency to deliver and pressurise those under them to work at odd hours. There is micro aggression throughout the firm and unfortunately people you report to do not know how to handle pressure. There is no sense of care employees and often the employees are treated like crap. Above all, the company shelters sexual harassers and does its best to hide it from the clients. Toxic environment and fake reporting to the clients. There is no real work happening in this firm.

      - Lot of freedom to ideate, create and do meaningful work for bigger organisations - Ideal for self starters and freshers - Decent compensation

      Cons

      - No HR function, processes, culture, feedback mechanism - No opportunities to grow internally - Inept management - neither sector experts nor business savvy nor go getters - Insecure leadership whose only agenda is to save themselves first, not letting others grow - Misuse and abuse of autonomy given and absolute favouritism for select few

      Wonderful Idea. Vision from senior management in India leave a lot to be desired.

      Pros

      The overall idea and the vision for the organisation to begin with was exemplary. You get to work with some of the best companies in India with an opportunity to create large scale impact. You also have the opportunity to design and develop projects.

      Cons

      - The senior management have demonstrated no vision on how the organisation would move forward. The value proposition for such a small organisation was speed of execution. This has been negated by the level of bureaucracy introduced by the senior management and allowing is to fester. Lack of transparency from the senior management with information only shared among few team members
