      The President posted "6 Signs of a Failing Plant" and doesn't see it's his plant failing

      Pros

      A lot of great experience on high tech automated equipment, if you can learn on your own.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay rate for technical staff No accountability for anyone from the top down Poor communication Bad or No processes (wild west) Too many inexperienced people in technical roles (maintenance, process, engineering) No real lasting positive changes, same problems over and over and over again. High turnover of employees, especially the best etc, etc *2nd chance company that hires felons. There was a stabbing recently and drugs are rampant.

      China sent in and put Chinese managers in place that are very incomplete
