None I can think of.
Cons
There is no room for input from employees, the communication is top-down and old fashioned and furthermore the fact that a lot of people and assistants get into a burnout is not changing the management's way of conducting their business. It happens that the boss screams and often insults staff. Furthermore there is a certain group of employees who is favorite.
