      Pros

      Strong leadership and management from the new principal - responsive, transparent, and will go out of his way to support your ideas. Culture is positive, students are ambitious and interesting, and resources are plentiful.

      Cons

      There is still a divide between foreign and Chinese staff, seems like the school was far less functional before the current principal
