YLaw truly cares about their employees and is always looking for ways to ensure that we have options to have a work/life balance, and really put in the time and energy in finding the right people to join. The firm is expanding quick, but that doesn't mean they pick quantity over quality. The majority of people constantly say that coming to the office to work with the people that we have is one of the best parts of the job. Leena and her team truly listen to any concerns, will try their best to make things work for everyone, and quite honestly just want their people happy. I've been able to grow both professionally and personally because of Leena over the many years of working with her, and I can't imagine being anywhere else.
Cons
Working in law has its ebbs and flows - can be crazy one minute, and slow the next. But that's not the firm, that's just the way the job goes.

Clients always expect immediate attention which makes the legal industry busy and demanding. It helps to have an employer who understands burnout and prioritizes mental health.
