Pros
Its hard to find a travel company with integrity but when I started here I realized that the owners actually do. We actually send hundreds people on vacation instead of giving them the run around. I started on the phones selling and moved up through the ranks to the general manager position I'm at now and I love it.
Cons
Its a far commute for me each day, but its worth it to me.
