      Industry is restrictive Location on Lagos Island may not work for some people Building has limited parking space but provisions have been made Building space has to be cleverly utilised Knowledge of insurance is beneficial. A little tough if you're not an insurance professional, but doable

      Gives visibility to employees and great environment for training.

      Cons

      Poor corporate Governance. You have to play office politics with some of your bosses to be seen. Not very competitive salary structure in the industry. New employees are rated more than existing employees.
