      Pros

      - Summer party at the Cotswolds - Nice office with a lot of natural lighting

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance - Extremely low salary considering the involvement of the role - Significant gender pay gap and few women in managerial positions - High staff turnover - Outdated hierarchy where everyone has their 'position'. Doesn't really fit into the modern workplace - Long hours - 09:00am - 6:00pm as stipulated in your contract however it was expected for you to work more than that and if you left for the day at 6:00pm, others would question you

      Pros

      There aren’t many pro’s unless you’re a man or in the company since the beginnings.

      Cons

      Huge gender pay gap, outdated management, ideas and opinions not heard, absolutely no culture, long working hours. Company is taking on multi-million pound projects yet trying to save pennies on staff activities and health.
