Best head of the tecnology you will ever work with
Cons
company's vison or mission changes time to time and when it happens some projects get abandoned and the empoyees who work on those projects get layedoff, CEO and CTO just focsed of the product too much than employees, its a start-up

I haven't experienced anything negative yet. The team size is quite small, but it's growing exponentially with the business's needs.
