A great team and the ability to work on a variety of projects and take ownership - and seeing a product or idea from inception to realisation is really fun. A great team spirit prevails and every day is different.
Cons
None really, as a small business there are always many projects needing attention and if you are an individual who likes to focus on just one task then YUUworld is probably not for you.
