Pros

Benefits are still above average but declining. A few employees excel in their positions, however are held back if they don't follow the status quo.

Cons

Environment has grown excessively cliquish; management doesn't encourage challenges from the employees; rather they retaliate against the people who question their decisions. Top management seems to constantly stay on a 'witch hunt' for whomever they feel might be a threat. Incompetent management making bad decisions that conflict with the company policies or goals. A very stressful work environment where most employees are afraid to say or do anything that may compromise their situation. People in key positions who are not qualified for the job they are doing. Employee records and other personnel information is not kept completely confidential. Management team is becoming more and more untrustworthy. Salaries have become stagnant or dropped for most employees.

Pros

Pros? What does that mean?

Cons

If you want to work somewhere that you’re overworked and extremely under appreciated? Work at Yadtel/Zirrus If you want to work somewhere that your opinion is never valued unless you have an MBA? Work at Yadtel/Zirrus If you want to work somewhere that you’ll work 60+ hours a week, ask for resources (and be ignored), and have no one available to support you in the terrible culture and lack of leadership? Work at Yadtel/Zirrus. Good luck to anyone who decides to jump into that flaming ship.

Pros

-Great Benefits - Laid back work atmosphere

Cons

- This company does not value young professionals whatsoever. Within this culture if you are below 40, you will automatically be underestimated. My advice to those below 40: take your career elsewhere where there will be appreciation for your talent, time, and opinions. - This company does not appreciate change or ideas for change in order for efficiency improvements to occur. Not only do they not appreciate them, they are turned down and you are scolded for them. - They pride themselves so much in the rigorous benefits package that they offer, that they allow themselves to hold this over employees' heads as they impose an increasingly negative work culture, and they hold back on salary's they employees actually deserve for their positions and work responsibilities - The company is very misleading during the interview process as to what your job description is in comparison to what your job will actually entail once you enter into employment. You will be stuck with tasks that were not advertised to you and you will not be appreciated for them. You will then be scolded if you suggest those tasks to be handled in a different way or moved elsewhere to where it may make more sense. They will also make the job seem more attractive during the interview process, then it actually will be. - Extremely old school culture that shows no signs of changing. The majority of employees are over 40 and are awaiting retirement. This is the reason why the turnover is so low. - Little to no opportunity for career advisement and learning growth.
