      Professional employees Great working atmosphere Lots of possible growth directions Lovely office Participation in expo’s and conferences Business trips Great social compensations

      A decent amount of bureaucracy Very slow developers Even though there are lots of possibilities to improve your skills, it’s hard to break the ice, you need to try your best to prove you’re right.

      - Opportunity to develop features and services which are used by many people around you - Evolving processes, no stagnation - Modern tech stack - Experience exchange, meetups, seminars - plenty of this stuff - Easy to move between teams - Comfortable office and modern hardware in St Petersburg office - Lunch money compensation

      - Salaries are decent, but definitely not the best on the market - The gap between operations teams and developers is growing - Overtimes are usual, although not paid

      • Mature financial technology company with more 20 years experience • If you ever want to know how do electronic payments work, this is a real place to learn: all-round payment lifecycle from electronic acquiring through payment processing to card emitting—everything is in-house development. • Modern and adequate software stack, mostly open-source solutions • Competitive salary and additional goods from being Yandex and Sberbank at one time • One of the best offices in the center of St. Petersburg with own parking lot and own every-ten-minute buses to nearest underground stations

      Cons

      • Mature company leads to a legacy in code, but thankfully they are doing much to get rid of it • Salaries can't compete with large companies like MailRu Group
