Executives and Directors place profit over safety. Chief Operating Officer even insisted on installing a product onto the trams that failed to get engineering approvals. CEO is a young boy who put his trust onto Executives who have questionable moral ethics. Other managers in Infrastructure and OCMS are negligent and incompetent. Deliberately ignore safety laws, and statutory obligations. Ignorant to current acceptable industry practices and too arrogant to upkeep their knowledge. Supervisors are complacent and does not check that workers are actually doing the work to maintain the network and rolling stock. This is not a company you want to be in. Department of Transport should spill all the managers and never give the franchise to Keolis Downer.
