Business outlook
Pros
Dynamic team with low hierarchies; despite student status I was a full-fledged member of the team with my own responsibilities and projects. Almost no benefits (might be due to part-time/student worker status), but above average hourly pay.
Cons
We were consistently understaffed so it was always super busy and new ideas had to go on the back burner compared to 'right-now'-fixes and bare necessities. Career prospects depend on personal effort, have heard stories both ways. I intentionally chose a 12 months limited contract because I went back to University after, so I didn't care about staying any longer.
