- The founders are always in a bad mood, they are never happy, always dissatisfied, for any detail they make a scandal. They bother you on weekends, and they constantly micromanage you. They are rude and they promote bullying. They generate conflicts among all (even the founders fight with each other in front of their employees). - You can have a lot of experience and be sure of what you do, but if you think differently from the founders, you won't last long. - Employees do not last more than 3 months because they are fired. (That happens because if you say what you think in this company, the founders will fire you) - Do not believe the 5-star reviews, they are fake.
