Pros

- work in the largest restaurant company in Armenia - reputable place - a lot to learn especially if you're just starting - a lot of branches so it's easy to find a concept that suits you - provide a decent lunch

Cons

- you work a 12hr/day schedule - almost always a lack of staff so you end up either working longer hrs that don't pay or exhausting yourself in an effort to cover for the lacking personnel - since there is always an inflow of inexperienced waiters you also act as a mentor which often distracts from doing your work properly and during rush hour you don't have a colleague to rely on. - compensation is paid daily. the minimum guaranteed income is 20000 AMD for 1 shift (12hrs) if the tips amount exceeds this amount you get the respective amount it comes down to. but if it's less than, the company will add the difference - the tip is divided equally among all waiter of that day to paint the picture clear in other restaurants waiters work 8-10hrs/day, get a percentage of the daily sales in addition to their tips. base salary is either 25000+ AMD or they usually get higher tips.
