Yoma has an employee rating of 3.7 out of 5 stars, based on 16 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
At time of leaving the only Pro was the fact that I was leaving! Previous to that the Pro was the staff, they were all dedicated, approachable and extremely hardworking. Even though the owners showed absolutely no loyalty towards them, they kept on going till the bitter end always supporting each other and keeping the customer at the centre.
Cons
Owners who were never there, who never gave their staff any autonomy, never listened, used bully tactics and would hire and fire staff as and when they felt the need.
No forward planning, no vision, no objectives and absolutely no idea on any aspect of running a successful digital company.

As a business we have instructed our solicitors who are now dealing with this. We are aware of persons who were previously associated with the company that have maliciously launched a slander campaign against us through online content and direct contact to our clients in an effort to win business for their newly formed company. As you can imagine we are very disheartened as we treat our team fairly and with respect. We cannot discuss the details of this at the moment due to the legalities.
We would like to state that the negative review below along with others is not factual and does not represent the environment of the business, at Yoma we value our team and our clients. We have not been made aware of any of these allegations previously. If you would like any factual reviews on Yoma please feel free to get in touch and we can offer a wide range of happy clients and employees for you to speak to!
Team was always friendly and knowledgable, often getting work completed despite any hurdles.
It was an environment that you could learn a great deal in. You were often taken out of your comfort zone and had to learn in order to succeed.
If you work at Yoma you’ll certainly be a more knowledgeable person than when you joined, so if learning is a main drive for you then Yoma is a good place to be.
Cons
No real perks and staff often felt a bit under valued.
Workload was high but this wasn’t always a bad thing as you learnt a lot more.
Very relaxed, if not too relaxed, atmosphere. Unfortunately limited commercial focus and management over the recent past have meant a talented, energetic and well integrated group of people have moved on.
Cons
Poor HR management, poor environmental (heat/light), weak senior management focus and limited staff involvement/communication, too much emphasis on cheap delivery.
