The pay can be good but don’t let it fool you, they have to pay a premium for a reason.

Everything. Worst culture I have ever come across. Bullying. Dodgy. Secrecy. Management. Blame culture. Favouritism. Favour loyalty over professionalism. HR can’t control it as have no power.
