      Salary, pension and base level working colleagues.

      Cons

      Operational Managers lacked departmental knowledge, spoke to staff in inconsistent and unprofessional ways while being deceitful & derogatory about other colleagues...my own personal circumstances were mirrored with many other staff and vol during and after my time there.Created stress,unrest and trust issues. Hypocrisy when discussing their Charity values.
