      Low salary, hired and fired without any explanation, teams don't discuss anything with foreign staff, no learning opportunities, toxic work environment, foreign staff considered replaceable, treat native English speakers as better than other foreigners

      Easy to get hired there

      - Will hire anybody willing to work there - Extremely high staff turnover, witnessed projects' cancellations and dozens of employees laid off without explanation - Clueless and inexperienced producers, nepotism at play with upper management refusing to hold producers accountable for highly costly mistakes - Company willing to break contract laws, has led to litigation - No upwards mobility for foreign staff - Overinflated teams, contributes to layoffs and turnover issue - Lack of work (due to overinflated teams), spent weeks doing nothing, asking for tasks, with no work available - Local staff overworked and underpaid Overall, an extremely shady studio with a bad reputation from hiring staff of other companies.
