      Pros

      The people there are great and very friendly. All and all "Personal advice" if you ever enter....learn everything and go.

      Cons

      The management is old fashion, and the product is misleading internal teams as well as spamming their customer. The funny thing is the management doesn't care and pays "zero effect" to prevent their branding from getting worsen. Many weird internal practices that you don't see in other companies. Cross teams never talk with each other at all and best of all most of the computers there are all non-license programs (MS office, etc) and prehistoric hardware (I was using Intel Pentium back in 1992)

      -Full range digital service with in-house man power. -Learning from Digital PR (KOL,Blogger, Forum, Content creation), SEO (China, Hong Kong, ORM, ZMOT), PPC (Media Ads purchasing service), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Weibo), Web Design, Social Monitoring and many more. -Huge amount of international huge brand for your to serve. -Extreme high growth rate with many new clients joining the company. -Brilliant sales team -High freedom

      Cons

      -Terrible working environment, location. -Terrible pay -Long working hours -No well established system -No wellfare -No incentive and commision -Extreme high staff turnover -Terrible management -No work safety (In terms of a 100 years old industrial building.)
