Manpower is very low, you see a whole team consists only of a manager and one engineer. with no respect for hierarchy. Few people are privileged more than the most, in terms of supporting tools and salary. They spend roughly on luxuries, while totally ignore the salaries. No profit share, bonus or even overtime is paid.. Other than the monthly salary, you get nothing.
