      - Good lunch food - Great benefits - Good, motivating work environment (in general) - Nice offices

      Cons

      - Because of the general happy vibe, People might be difficult to figure out or might come as fake sometimes - There's a backstabbing culture happening behind the scenes.

      StudentJob international department - To be avoided for non Dutch speaker

      Pros

      - Nice life balance - Nice colleagues - Good to start a professional career - A young but a solid group in terms of recruitment in the Netherlands

      Cons

      - Lack of resource : no budget for communication campaign, limited internal software, etc... - Do It Yourself department as there is no real project, strategy or improvements planned by the manager of the department - 80% of the employees are interns so every 6 months you have a substitution. - The employees of the group did not know what we were doing, the international department is simply on its own - High turnover - Salary just acceptable compared to the market, the bonus structure is extremely doubtful - The department looks like a student association - The manager is here as he stayed the longest in the department - The company culture is a bit special, they like to show off and overestimate themselves - At the HQ, few senior employees and many career-starters - The smartphone provided is more a way to be reachable at any moment by the company and not by your clients - More than half of employees (under contract) think about finding another job opportunity
