Terrible Management with no communication. Owner came in maybe once every two weeks. Always asked for advice on how to find and get new customers but never took the employees advice. Claimed to have changed ownership 3 times within 6 months of opening. Management fails to take any responsibility for lack of business. Only did marketing for 2 months and saw increase of customers then quit marketing due to cost. Management cut hours randomly and most times only an hour before shift started. Never paid wage and commission promised to me or other employee. Told the new person taking over that I had quit when in reality I hadn't even put in a two weeks notice and they already had someone lined up to take over my position. Never ordered the products that sold the most. Even when employees would tell owner what to buy. Had requested days off which were approved on our app, but owner would forget to get a replacement, then blame employee for taking off and not finding someone to take the shift. Owners are a family and would often talk bad about you behind your back and to the other employees. Then would lie to cover it up even though there was proof. Owner has a Non-Compete with the other business he runs, so he will not affiliate with this business. He has everyone else do his bidding. Even the company is in another persons name besides the actual owner.
