The initial interview was very promising, but all those promises quickly disappeared after being hired. You are promised multiple salary increases through out the year, but that is rarely the case for anyone working there. The Personal Development Plan is a sales tactic to get you in the door. You are offered a lower than market salary and promised being able to make more with the PDP. When you are trying to advance yourself as an employee, you are told that you are not good enough for that yet. During the interview process, you are told you can work remote when needed. There is zero trust with employees so only those who have been there for many years get the option. With every employee that has left, it is always the their fault and that they were not a good fit according to leadership. In reality, most people leave because of the owner. You are expected to be at your desk at all times, even if you need to speak to someone about work related things (you are expected to communicate through Slack). If you are required to learn a new technology, you are required to learn outside of work (you are not paid for it). There is a ton of micromanagement from the top instead of trusting the employees to do what you are hired to do.
