Worst company to work for.

Pros

Only good with flexible working

Cons

They will 'forget' to pay your salary until you remind them you were employed by them. They didn't pay my salary for the first one and half months cause I started mid month, until I raised by the end of the second month. They payed less than a month's salary at firstwhich was baffling. I made sure I was paid after further stressful communications. Working environment, is not conducive. You are treated like you don't. Matter. Management is the worst I have encountered. They are only good to their 'friends'. What a way to run a company. Half the customer service staff were gone during my time there. Two members of senior staff quit in the same month. Good luck if you're considering a job here. You'll be fine if you are good friends with management though.

Pros

HR manager is very helpful and really wants to do well for the employees there. Also the team managed were amazing and worked hard for me

Cons

My direct line manager did not care about the employees and devalued me by giving me no support for the 5 months I was there he was too busy flirting with the other manager who had no sales experience whatsoever and spent half the time online shopping instead of looking after the team. Instead of upskilling the team they just sacked them No organisation or process whatsoever Pointless meetings No idea what they are supposed to be doing Unrealistic targets

Sinking ship

Pros

Pros of the company include the people that work there, although the majority of them have left / leaving due to the fact the company is a sinking ship and probably won’t last another 3 months.

Cons

The company are more concerned about making money than they are the well-being of their employees and paying their employees on time. The company have missed 12 months of pension payments despite the money coming out of the payslips each month. The company hire the vulnerable young people who are on DWP and desperate for work, yet they advertise the role wrong and also pay their staff minimum wage. A 19 year old earns £6.50 an hour F/T despite being told they were earning a full salary.
