- Small and very friendly team. Genuine care for your fellow co workers - Staff are motivated to make a difference - Democratic process for prioritisation, everyone's opinion matters - Management are very open and transparent about company progress and the health of the company - Very efficient lean and agile practices - Excellent connection to their customers and consumers - Flexible work practices
Cons
- Grocery is a particularly hard domain to work in, small margins and a big duopoly. - Things move fast and change fast, if this doesn't suit you you shouldn't be here.
