I appreciate that you took time to give a full account of your time here and acknowledged some of the positive aspects of your time with us too! As the company has matured over 2018 we have taken some of your advice and put it into action by implementing processes and controls to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Specifically in terms of your feedback I have taken the time to put in place a great management team who are well equipped to deliver the best staff experiences, however unfortunately it appears that we missed the mark with you.
