Pros
Decent pay, commission opportunities, and small holiday bonuses of approximately $50-100. Schedules are relatively flexible, so if you have a second job or classes, that can typically be worked around. I personally liked the people I worked with at the time; they made this job much better. The more hours you work, the more you build up into free services to learn about them and explain them better to clients which is cool.
Cons
Management doesn't listen well to employee feedback, and will prioritize penny pinching over employee well-being. They will take seriousness to some concerns but very rarely. There's also a high upper-level turn over rate (supervisors/management) notorious for not following through with financial and career promises. If you apply here remember: you are expendable. act accordingly, do your job well and all, but respectfully do not overextend or overshare.
