Engineering lacks structure and people are micro managed by several layers of the organisation (Product, Customer Support, etc.). Deadlines are decided very often outside Engineering and people are not shielded by their direct managers. Some managers have dozens of people to manage and can't handle the individual needs. The CTO of the company is mostly absent in the interaction with Engineering and the work is delegated to several chaotic middle managers.
The offices in PA and Stockholm are overcrowded with people occupying any available space. The company grew very fast but they didn't invest in the working place. To add up, the places are full of logistics stuff and very often you have no place to sit outside your own desk.
Benefits and salaries are mediocre. The CEO seems more preoccupied by her own image as a saviour against passwords than in the well being of her employees.
