Pros
A very cheap level of project you will get to work, so there is no pros to working here. I will say no one should join this company. This place is really bad for work.
Cons
No Management, No HR at office. Salary on 22nd to 25th of the month that to after begging at CEO (Lots of arguments on every salary period) You need to educate your management & they are fool. So your efforts are simply waste. Management should understand, if you're paying on 20 days delayed date, then management should never expect work on time.
