Pros
Experienced a fast paced environment with great people to work with. Some professional development and connections where made. My personal reputation was greatly advanced with the clientele because of my performance and accomplishment.
Cons
I was forced to work 20+ hours per week and weekends without pay or additional compensation. Expected to complete work and assignments in hazardous or dangerous weather conditions without assistance, training or PPE. Was promised performance based bonus structure that they never honored or payed out. Company is trying to buy the market and corner it here in ATL and they don't care who they **** to do it.
