Burnt out employees and high turnover

Pros

Intelligent people who are very driven and great at what they do.

Cons

YunoJuno used to be an incredible organisation to work in, but in the past few years, with the recent leadership changes and economic impact, the company has been on a downward trajectory. If you join this company, you will likely feel disposable and extremely burned out. There is no discernible company culture, and the dismal office atmosphere has become a running joke. There has been a high turnover of employees over the past few months (Co-founder left ), and many of us are eager to leave at the first opportunity. Leadership appears to be more about smoke and mirrors, with no accountability in terms of wanting to change the culture and address the negative impact they are having. My piece of advice to anyone considering joining is: don't do it.

Pros

Great location, good salary, a 24/7 fully stocked snack cupboard, communicate with inspiring people on a daily basis (freelancers, of course). The ethos of the company was great.

Cons

Us and them attitude, training was very inconsistent, not planned or regimented. Training was basically watching somebody work and trying to copy that to the best of your ability. Very clicky community, hard to make friends when everybody was so set in their social groups and as a result you feel left out and seperate from everything that's going on. Wouldn't hurt to be friendly to the new employees once in a while.
