The team. The senior leadership. Exciting business to be a part of. Fast paced and lots of opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the brand.
Cons
Can be demanding and you have to be an agile and self motivated individual to embrace a young business culture. For me it’s great.

The “CEO/Creative Director” is totally uncapable of developing a collection or managing a business, dealing with employees in a passive aggressive way, undermining their expertise and treating them like servants. I have never experienced such a level of disorganisation and disrespect. The lack of technical and managing skills of the owner, mixed with the rude attitude and the inability of taking professional advices, is simply beyond comprehension.
