Pros
beautiful work and clients. Their final projects are not perfect, but they are visually stunning.
Cons
integration process, on boarding, and communication was disappointing. There was lack of process typically seen in a landscape architecture firm. The overall process was rushed, and the position as landscape architect was not typical.

Pros
They produce some very beautiful work, especially the Japanese-style landscapes. The construction side of the company is very talented.
Cons
The onboarding process doesn't exist. The design process is usually very rushed and micromanaged, which is especially difficult because communication is poor. Not a good choice for architects with project management experience.
