This company is completely toxic, I would go as far as saying this is the worst place I have ever worked. They lie and screw over other people to make themselves look better. All those who have questioned/challenged this are gotten rid of from the company. The payout is ridiculous. No raise possible. No bonuses whatsoever. Within one day they inform you that you are changing the team and starting work in a completely different department. They do not consider your scope of obligations in the contract. The message from managers is clear: if you don't like it, then quit. Often threats of dismissal during team meetings.
