Pros
The only reason you should work here is if you're homeless because they'll let you work 24 hours a day 7 a week, and no they don't pay overtime.
Cons
They will hire anyone and everyone. Never touched a semi before? Doesn't matter they have 12 trucks broke down at any given time on the side of a incredibly dangerous highway that all need someone with a pulse to rig up just enough so the guy behind the wheel that can't even spell CDL or DOT can get back to speeding down the highway while garbage is flying out of trailer because the tarp covering it was ripped to pieces two years ago but not one person there cares about anything but not spending money. Doesn't matter if it's safe for you or the public at large. Oh yeah they don't pay overtime to anyone either.
