Pros
Rewarding mission driven work. Opportunity to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. Opportunity to work with a vast array of nonprofits in various fields. Unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, and can work from home. Building a culture of uplifting diverse ways of thinking and backgrounds takes time, but staff are committed to continually assessing and improving in this area. CEO is amazing and a wealth of knowledge in the Colorado philanthropic arena.
Cons
Intensive workload. Many find it challenging to achieve a comfortable work/life balance. Compensation is not the most competitive, but the CEO is committed to equitable distribution of pay so this is continually assessed.
