No Opportunity of Officer level staff to grow and get promoted - No VALUE of TALENT , They dont encourage Good Work - You will get promotion in monitory terms easily if you belongs to a particular Pashtoon tribe - Or - from Noshehra or Charsadda side - Management dont give value to its employees

The list is never ending. 1. Management sucks big times 2. They need you until u hide key points with you. You reveal it and they dont need u any more 3. Higher management knows precisely how to keep evrything for themselves. 4. If you know niw how to brag about something without actually knowing anything. Its the place for u 5. They give u high salary raise every year and then revert back the decision after a few months 6. They know exactly how to enslave employees. 7. No work life balance. Either you live zrk or you die. 8. You work 60 hours a week without any benifits. 9. They squeeze the life out of u. 10. They start whining when you resign. And offer you big salary and promise you car and stuff. But aftet a few months '' clause 5'' applies again 😂😂
