      Maybe a few good who are just hanging in there.

      Cons

      Do not work here if you don't want your career tainted and if your mental health is important to you. If you are highly qualified and just looking for something new, please move along. They will ruin your professional pedigree. A senior staff is notorious for their toxicity and is difficult to work with, mean to new staff and malicious. They talk about culture and values but it's all performative.

      Co-workers are great, good people. Office location is nice.

      Cons

      Their clients and expectations don't align with each other. They market equity and inclusion as their product, but you will have a very hard time finding people on staff who are able to manage the work life balance they expect and your needs as a parent with a child (teenager you would be alright). Leadership was focused on client relationships over company culture and needs of valuable employees.
