Cons
Typical malay environment, body shaming, sexist and sexual harassment towards the female. Sometimes we cannot give our feedbacks on the development of a certain projects that we are involved in due to higher management micromanagements. Smoking in the office is too often, during working hours higher management is playing pool and smoking in the staff's lounge. Overtime don't hope on getting your times spent paid. HR is useless in handling new joiners seating, my first day is like a foreigner i have no specific seating in the office. Typical providing pizza on certain months too ease the pain of no benefits and bonuses in the company. Sad really.
