Pros

Get to work with great kids and make a difference in their lives. Get to do some fun things with them. Ex, go swimming, out to eat, go to movies, play video games, and go to museums.

Cons

It is a very small company that was initially family owned. This is why I think that every time an employee approached management with a problem, they were brushed off and told "that's just how we do it here." Management was void of compassion and care and I felt treated like I was an expendable piece of tissue.

Pros

The kids and hours

Cons

Received a phone call after hours from the CEO Mark he then goes on to come at me claiming the he cannot have an insubordinate employee working for him who refuses to call him back because of me not liking him he then yells that he doesn’t even care that I don’t like him and then goes on to say how he doesn’t care what I want and that it’s his company and that I should’ve remembered to call him before closing out the house (cleaning) and doing my duties as a floater that day (driving around) *you cant use a phone while driving* I shared with him that I havent had any complaints for a year and half from any supervisor, staff, or child and that I’m there for the kids and asked him to hear my side of the story he then goes on and said that me not making it a first priority to call him back was my mistake and that he will be mailing my last check to my address
