      Pros

      There are no pros to being associated with this pariah of a company

      Cons

      -Toxic senior leadership team, from the CEO down to the "Squad" -No true leadership, ADHD-style "vision" with new roadmaps every two weeks -No tech leadership, these are all just ski buddies and salesmen -Poor benefits and compensation package -No work/life balance -Good people are thrown away constantly. Layoffs are one thing, but the treatment of the very good people I've worked with is to use them for everything they can and then immediately discard them -They tout "diversity" but this is an entirely homogenous company. What few diversity hires they had, they fired.

      To do well here, you need to really drink the start-up kool-aid, meaning you need to really believe in the product and be ok with being paid less to drink the kool-aid. You will be paid in stock in hopes of the company becoming successful. No salary transparency (you won’t find salary ranges on job postings), No 401k match, no annual bonus, no stipend of any kind, the only benefits are the basic healthcare, dental, vision, and option to buy company stock in 1 year. Start ups are a huge risk, with no incentives for the now, but in exchange they offer you “a chance to build your career”. Little to no diversity on the teams.

      Co-workers, fancy business trips, benefits, mission of the company

      Cons

      Downsides: Work life balance is awful. Senior leadership is tone deaf. Benefits arent great Bait and switch with customers - Technology doesnt work consistently. Start and Stop nature of the company causes avoidable delays The faux cheer leader culture says one thing in meetings and does another thing behind the scenes. I cant recommend Zartico to my friends
