Pros
-alot of autonomy, Very focus driven. - Its a great product thats customers need so it doesnt feel like we are always hard selling -Managment trusts the team to do what they got to do, to bring in numbers - Friday off every other week is pretty awesome!
Cons
-There is a lot of competition, and some competitors have much deeper pockets and are able to offer more with the sales. (ex: free website) - commission structure could be better
