No organisation or business plan. Founders argue in front of staff making you feel very uncomfortable. Manipulation tactics used on employees to make them feel they don’t deserve what they are entitled to. Very toxic environment. No formal remuneration process or pay increases. Expected to do work that doesn’t fall under your job description because you are manipulated and told you have to do more because it’s a small business but really everyone just quits and you are always short staffed. The products are always out of stock due to poor decision making by upper management.
